    Money-back if unsatisfied

    If the work isn't completed as agreed, raise it within 7 days and we'll either rematch you for free or refund you in full.

When do I pay on ProSetu?+

You pay only after your first call with the matched expert and after both of you have agreed on the scope and fee. We never charge upfront for a consultation. For multi-step engagements (e.g. ROC annual filing) we collect a milestone-based advance only after the kick-off call and your written approval.

What if I'm not satisfied with the expert?+

If the work isn't done as agreed within the scope confirmed on your kick-off call, you're entitled to a full refund. Reach out to support within 7 days of the issue at support@prosetu.com or via WhatsApp, share the details, and we will either rematch you with a different verified expert at no extra cost or refund you in full — your choice.

Is my payment secure?+

Every payment is processed through Razorpay, India's leading regulated payment gateway. ProSetu never sees or stores your card or UPI credentials. All transactions are encrypted in transit and PCI-DSS compliant.

Do I get a GST invoice?+

Yes. Every paid engagement on ProSetu is invoiced by OMNISETU IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, our registered Indian company. The invoice includes our GSTIN, the expert's professional details, full scope of work, and breakup of professional fees + 18% GST. B2B clients can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on the GST component.

Can I pay in instalments for large engagements?+

For multi-month subscriptions (e.g. ProSetu Care annual plans) and high-ticket one-time work like company registration or trademark filing, we offer milestone-based payments. Talk to the expert on your first call — they can structure the engagement to match your cashflow.

What about government fees and stamp duty?+

Government fees (MCA filing fee, stamp duty, GST portal fees, trademark registry fees, etc.) are always charged separately and paid directly to the relevant authority. Your expert will give you a clear breakdown of professional fees vs. government fees before you commit.
