ProSetu acts as an intermediary and does not itself provide legal representation, tax advisory, or compliance services. All professional services are rendered by independent, verified professionals on the platform.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users and professionals), features, and functionality are owned by ProSetu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
